  • Page 13 Gas Connection Before connecting the appliance, it is necessary to check that the type of gas available corresponds to the type of gas the appliance has been set for. In the event that they do not correspond, it is necessary to proceed as described in the paragraph “Functioning with gas different from the setting”.

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE Cleaning ATTENTION! Before doing any cleaning, make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the electric mains and that the gas cut off valve is closed. During cleaning operations, avoid using direct or high pressure sprays of water on the appliance. Cleaning must be done when the appliance is cold.
