    Power Twist mains input socket. Operating voltage 100–240 V AC / 50–60 Hz. Use the included mains cable. POWER OUT Power Twist mains output socket. Enables power supply to other CAMEO lights. Ensure that the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed the value specified on the device in amperes (A).

    IDMX Connection for the optionally available iDMX stick for wireless DMX operation (insert the iDMX stick with the antenna facing the DMX IN socket). OLED DISPLAY The OLED display shows the currently active operating mode (main screen), the menu items, and the numerical value or operational status of certain menu items.

    • As soon as the fixture is switched on, the following are displayed in succession: “Welcome to Cameo", the model name, and the software version. After this process, the fixture is ready for operation, and the previously activated operating mode is launched.

Brightness, running speed, music control, microphone sensitivity, and delay can be set separately for each program. Starting from the main display, press MENU to access the main menu. Using the ⏶ and ⏷ but- tons, select the menu item Stand Alone and confirm with ENTER.

  • Page 23 FL (Flash/Stroboscope) Six-level speed setting for the strobe effect. Level 1 deactivates the strobe effect, level 2 produces a slow flash frequency, followed by levels 3 to 5. Level 6 generates the fastest flash frequency. The strobe effect can only be used in the colour blending mode RGBW. R, G, B, W, A, and UV (CW and WW without function) These six buttons can be used to create individual colours by mixing R, G, B, W, A, and UV.

    SET-UP AND INSTALLATION DANGER: Overhead mounting requires extensive experience, including calculating the load limit values of the mounting hardware and regular safety inspection of all instal- lation materials and lights. If you do not have these qualifications, do not attempt to perform installation yourself.

Connecting ROOTBARs with each other The side sections are designed so that they interlock when two fixtures are connected. Strong magnets make it easier to connect them and ensure a tight connection. An additional Omega bracket can be used for a stable mechanical connection (two pieces inclu- ded in the packaging content).
  • Page 26 M10 thread The side sections are outfitted with an M10 thread for attaching a clamp, allowing for verti- cal suspension on a truss (maximum 1 ROOTBAR, suitable clamp with M10 bolt, product no. SCP710BSET1, secure the fixture to the upper securing eyelet). Assembling the feet To use the two infinitely adjustable feet, screw one foot to each Omega bracket using an M10 Allen screw and an M10 lock nut.
  • Page 27 Truss installation Truss installation can be carried out using two Omega bracketsand and two adjustable feet, which are attached to the back of the fixture (1, two positions per side are possible). Two Omega brackets and two adjustable feet are included in the packaging content. The truss clamps are attached to the feet.

    MOUNTING THE GLARE SHIELD A glare shield is included in the packaging content of the ROOTBAR6. There are three threads (1) on the top edge of one side of the ROOTBAR housing. Use the three knurled screws on the glare shield (2) to attach it to the ROOTBAR’s housing.

    1. Insert an angled edge into a groove. 2. Now compress the neon tube filter slightly by pressing on the opposite side of the neon tube filter. 3. Lower this side to the front of the fixture. 4. Now release the pressure from the neon tube filter so that the second edge slides into the second groove in the front of the fixture.

    BEDIENUNG ANMERKUNGEN • Nach dem Einschalten des Scheinwerfers werden während des Startvorgangs nacheinander „Welcome to Cameo“, die Modellbezeichnung und die Softwareversion im Display angezeigt. Nach diesem Vorgang ist der Scheinwerfer betriebsbereit und die Betriebsart, die zuvor aktiviert war, wird gestartet.

    DMX-BETRIEBSART EINSTELLEN (DMX Mode) Ausgehend von der Hauptanzeige gelangen Sie durch Drücken auf MENU in das Hauptmenü. Mit Hilfe der Taster ⏶ bzw. ⏷ wählen Sie nun den Menüpunkt DMX Mode aus und bestätigen mit ENTER. Wählen Sie wiederum mit Hilfe von ⏶ bzw. ⏷ die gewünschte DMX-Betriebsart aus und bestätigen mit ENTER.
  • Page 46 Die Delay-Zeit (Verzögerungszeit des DMX-Signals) wird mit Hilfe eines DMX-Controllers im se- paraten DMX-Delay-Kanal der entsprechenden DMX-Betriebsart eingestellt (0.0s bis 2.0s in 0.1s Schritten). Setup-Beispiel: STAND-ALONE-BETRIEBSART AUTO Die 8 verfügbaren Auto-Programme bestehen jeweils aus fest programmierten Farbwechselse- quenzen. Helligkeit, Laufgeschwindigkeit, Musiksteuerung, Mikrofonempfindlichkeit und Delay sind für jedes Programm separat einstellbar.
  • Page 47 STAND-ALONE-BETRIEBSART STATIC Die Stand-Alone Betriebsart Static ermöglicht es, ähnlich wie mit einem DMX-Steuergerät, Dim- mer, Stroboskop, R, G, B, W, A und UV direkt am Gerät einzustellen. Somit kann eine individuelle Szene erstellt werden, ohne einen zusätzlichen DMX-Controller zu benötigen. Ausgehend von der Hauptanzeige gelangen Sie durch Drücken auf MENU in das Hauptmenü.

Mit Hilfe von UP und DOWN wählen Sie nun den Menüpunkt Stand Alone aus, bestätigen mit ENTER, wählen dann Loop aus und bestätigen abermals.

  • Page 53 BL / ON/OFF (Blackout) Drücken Sie auf den Taster BL, um alle LEDs abzuschalten (Blackout), unabhängig davon, welche von der Fernbedienung kontrollierten Betriebsart aktiviert ist. Bei nochmaligem Drücken des BL-Tasters wird die zuvor ausgewählte Betriebsart wieder aktiviert. SP (Speed) 11-stufige Geschwindigkeitseinstellung für die Lichtsequenz in der Stand-Alone-Betriebsart Auto (Au).
  • Page 54 Su (musikgesteuerte Lichtsequenz) Sechs verschiedene Sound-Presets können durch wiederholtes Drücken des SU-Tasters abge- rufen werden (Sound 1 - 6). Bei Bassimpulsen wechseln die voreigestellten Farb-Presets. Das Mikrofon zur Steuerung befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Scheinwerfers. CM Drücken Sie auf CM+ oder CM- um die Stand-Alone-Betriebsart Colour Presets zu starten. Die verschiedenen Farb-Presets werden durch wiederholtes Drücken eines der beiden Taster abgerufen.

    AUFSTELLUNG UND MONTAGE GEFAHR: Überkopfmontage erfordert umfassende Erfahrung, einschließlich der Berechnung der Grenzwerte für die Arbeitslast, des verwendeten Installationsmate- rials und der regelmäßigen Sicherheitsüberprüfung aller Installationsmaterialien und Scheinwerfer.
