Lateral supports are usually adjusted so that they are supporting the user’s upper trunk; however, this depends on the where support is required based on assessment outcomes.

UI MultiAdjust Medium User Guide. Iss4 02/24 18a. Retrofitting Laterals If a MultiAdjust has originally been ordered with laterals, the chair comes fitted with the rear lateral runner brackets. If laterals are ordered retrospectively, lateral runners will need to be fitted.
