    Transport To avoid any transport-related damage, the package must be protected against shocks. HNP Mikrosysteme guarantees that all goods leave the factory in the best condition.     4 Description of the pump Operation manual mzr-2942X1-cp Description of the pump Principle of the Micro annular gear pumps Micro annular gear pumps are positive displacement pumps. They contain two rotors bearing slightly eccentrically to each other; an externally toothed internal rotor and an annular, internally toothed external rotor (see figure 4).

In order to select the best adapted filter, such operating parameters as the flow rate, the viscosity and the degree of pollution of the liquid will be needed.

The colors of the corresponding wire connections are described in the table 7. 2. Bring the internal potentiometer knob to the null position by turning it clockwise to the limit stop.

If the analog input is “open” there is already a voltage of 2 V. That means in this case that the motor would be turning at a speed of about 2000 rpm. In order to set 0 rpm the input must be connected over a low ohm resistor to the analog ground (AGND) or connected to the AGND-voltage level.

Sealing elements, rotors and shaft are parts that undergo wear and will be replaced by HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH during maintenance depending on their degree of wear. If the pump head is dismantled during maintenance work, all seals and O-rings must be replaced on reassembly, as otherwise absolute leakage protection cannot be guaranteed.
