    Transport In order to avoid any transport-related damage, the package must be protected against shocks. HNP Mikrosysteme guarantees that all goods leave the factory in the best condition. Any noticed damage should be reported to the concerned forwarding agent, authorized dealer or to HNP Mikrosysteme as manufacturer.

They contain two rotors bearing slightly eccentrically to each other; an externally toothed internal rotor and an annular, internally toothed external rotor (see figure 7).

Example: The pump mzr-4665 feeds with its displacement volume of 12 µl with 3000 RPM and a volumetric efficiency of 100 % referring to the above- mentioned formula the flow rate of 36 ml/min.

    4 Description of the pump Operation manual mzr-2965, mzr-4665 Materials and liquids The components of the micro annular gear pump heads are manufactured of tungsten carbide (with 10% nickel binder) and nickel bronze. The liquid resistance is to be checked in single cases. Feeding of non-lubricant liquid reduces the service life of the micro annular gear pumps.

If the analog input is “open” there is already a voltage of 2 V. That means in this case that the motor would be turning at a speed of about 2000 rpm. In order to set 0 rpm the input must be connected over a low ohm resistor to the analog ground (AGND) or connected to the AGND-voltage level.
