  • Page 12 Ironing with steam blast ■ The steam blast function is especially suitable for smoothing difficult-to-reach parts of a garment. NOTE ► The temperature regulator 8 must be turned to at least the setting range . Otherwise no steam will be produced. To generate the maximum quantity of steam, the temperature regulator 8 must be set to the highest level (MAX 1) Raise the steam iron slightly.
  • Page 13 Anti-scale filter ■ The iron has an anti-scale filter (ANTI CALC). This is a permanent water filter. It does not need to be replaced or maintained. ■ To preserve the function of the water filter, fill the water tank only with tap water or distilled water.

  • Page 26 Bügeln mit Dampfstoß ■ Der Dampfstoß eignet sich besonders, um schwer zugängliche Bereiche der Wäsche zu glätten. HINWEIS ► Der Temperaturregler 8 muss mindestens bis in den Einstellbereich gedreht sein. Ansonsten kann kein Dampf erzeugt werden. Um die maximale Dampfmenge zu erzeugen, muss der Temperaturregler 8 auf die höchste Stufe (MAX ) gestellt werden.
  • Page 27 Tropf-Stopp-Funktion Bei herkömmlichen Dampfbügeleisen kann es vorkommen, dass bei zu geringer Bügeltemperatur Wasser aus der Bügelsohle q tropft. Dieses Bügeleisen weist jedoch ein neues Ausstattungsmerkmal, die TROPF-STOPP-Funktion ) auf. Das Bügeleisen schaltet den Dampfstoß bei niedrigen Tempe- raturen automatisch ab. Wenn dies geschieht, ist ein „Klick” zu hören. Stellen Sie dann mit dem Temperaturregler 8 die geeignete Temperatur ein.

OPMERKING ► De temperatuurregelaar 8 moet minstens tot in het instelbereik zijn gedraaid. Anders kan er geen stoom worden geproduceerd. Het hoeft niet te worden vervangen of onderhouden. ■ Om de werking van het waterfilter te behouden, vult u het waterreservoir alleen met leidingwater of gedestilleerd water. Gebruik geen toevoegingen. Deze kunnen het waterfilter beschadigen.
