    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The Tarter 300 Series Rotary Cutter is an efficient tool that can cut grass and light brush measuring up to 1″ in diameter. RC306 models attach to a Category 1 tractor hitch, and RC307 models attach to a Category 1 or Category 2.
