D E S C R I P T I O N GENERAL DESCRIPTION Tarter’s Disc/Culti-Packer Combo is ideal for tilling soil to create game plots and gardens. This product is easily attached to ATVs, UTVs and small tractors. The combo combines deep cutting of the eight-blade tillage disc with soil preparation and compaction of the adjustable culti-packer. -
