PECL logic family. Normal Operation: Logic "1" Output.
Fault Condition: Logic "0" Output.

Provide 3.3V/5V DC power supply.
Pin 6 Transmitter Power Supply, VccT
Provide 3.3V/5V DC Power Supply.
