OPERATION Read the present instructions carefully and follow them when using the co o- ker. NOTE! The cooker uses gas, therefore it should be connected to a gas network with the type of gas for which it was set at the factory. The cooker shall be connected by a properly qualified fitter.
SERVICING THE BURNERS Skillful service, selection of proper operational parameters and vessels, make it possible to save considerable amounts of energy. Energy savings amount to: - up to 60% with a proper selection of vessels up to 60 % with proper servicing consisting in correct adjustment of flame for cooking.

Ventilation Requirements The room containing the appliance should have an air suppły in accordance with BS5440: Part2: 1989: Ali rooms require an openable window, or equivalent, and some rooms will require a permanent vent as well. For room volumes up to 5m³ an air vent of lOOcm is required.

OPERATION OF A COOKER EQUIPPED WITH A GAS ESCAPE PROTECTION To operate a cooker equipped with a gas escape protection: ● press the selected surface burner knob to the limit and turn it to the „big flame”position ● press the ignition button with the other hand ● after the gas ignites rolease the ignition button ● after about 10 seconds take your hand off the surface burner knob NOTE! In case of failure repcat the above operations.

PLACING THE COOKER The cooker shall be placed within the kitchen according to the instructions. ● The kitchen must be efficiently ventilated, and the position of the cooker shall allow the user free access to all the control elements. ● The distance betwen surface burners and the chimncy extractor shall be at least 750 mm.

ADJUSTING THE COOKER TO A SPECIFIC TYPE OF NOTE! The burners of cookers delivered by the manufacturer are factory ad ju- sted to burning the type of gas indicated on the rating plate and in the gu a rant ce sheet. Cooking and frying on a normal and fast-heating plate A fast-heating plate has increased power when compared to the normal one. To distinguish it from a normal plate it has a central red circle painted on its top, which gets burned out during usage.
