    Installing the FasTrack Operating Track section ith interlocking roadbed and large rail tabs, each FasTrack track section connects securely. To set up the 6-12054 FasTrack Operating Track Section (available separately) refer to Figures 1 and 2. 1. Place the FasTrack Operating Track Section on your layout between two straight track sections. 2.

    Loading the car tack the wooden boards on the brake wheel side of the car, one on top of the other. Note that the large wooden block is in position on the other side of the car. Refer to Figure 4. Boards Figure 4.

    Unloading the car s illustrated in Figure 5, position the car over your FasTrack Operating Track section so that the sliding contact shoes (one on each truck) are on the control rails. Be sure that the car is heading in the right direction so the planks are unloaded into the trackside bin. Press UNLOAD on the FasTrack Operating Track section’s controller to slide a board off the car.

  • Page 7: Uncoupling The Car With The Fastrack Operating Track Section

    Uncoupling the car with the FasTrack Operating Track section ithout making any additional connections, your Operating Track is powered through track power. Be sure that your throttle is set to 10-12 volts (AC) to activate the magnet. To uncouple or operate your rolling stock, position the trigger disc over the central magnet, press the UNCOUPLE button on the controller, and the magnet will pull the trigger disc downward to release the coupler or activate the car.

    Lionel LLC or any Lionel Authorized Service Station MUST be accompanied by the original receipt for purchase (or copy) from an Authorized Lionel Retailer*, will at the discretion of Lionel LLC, be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement is not available, Lionel will offer to replace the product with a comparable model (determined by Lionel LLC), if available.
