    Product Installation This device is meant only to be installed in the duct portion of the HVAC system. Can be used in up-fl ow, down-fl ow, left or right horizontal indoor unit applications. • The unit should be mounted directly to a metal or fi ber- glass surface.

    3. Once power is connected to the unit the UVC lamp in- dicator on the face of the device should always be on. UVC L The UVC lamp indicator (green LED) on the face of the device is for UVC Lamp operation only. If the unit has power and the indicator does not glow, the UVC lamp will need to be replaced.
  • Page 7 7. Reverse procedure to install the UVC lamp and then carbon cell assembly to base. 8. Reinstall unit to mounting plate and secure with the plastic washers and knurled nuts. 9. Plug the power cord back into the unit. Dispose of spent carbon cell subassembly and UVC lamp at your local recycling center.
