Vehicle lifts with an insufficient lifting capacity can collapse under the weight of the vehicle and crush any persons standing underneath. -

Wear protective clothing and protective gloves. Use the PIWIS system tester to read out all the fault memories of the individual vehicle components and first rectify any faults displayed. -

Prepare and paint TECHART parts in accordance with the paint instructions. TECHART front spoiler 3.1 Preparation The bonding surfaces on the TECHART front spoiler and original front apron must be dry and free from dust and paint spray mist. Use cleaning agent to thoroughly degrease bonding surfaces on the TECHART front spoiler and original front apron. -

Press on firmly in areas coated with adhesive. Check for accurate fit – remove any escaping PU adhesive with cleaning agent. Secure TECHART front spoiler with adhesive tape so that it has firm contact with the surface at all points. -

TECHART Aero-Kit I 987 Cayman from MY 09 TECHART side skirt 4.1 Preparation The bonding surfaces on the TECHART side skirts and vehicle sills must be dry and free from dust or paint spray mist. Use cleaning agent to thoroughly degrease bonding surfaces on TECHART side skirts and vehicle sills. -

Align side skirt from the front. Press on firmly in areas coated with adhesive. Check for accurate fit – remove any escaping PU adhesive with cleaning agent. Secure TECHART side skirt with adhesive tape, so that it contacts the surface firmly at all points. -

TECHART Aero-Kit I 987 Cayman from MY 09 TECHART rear spoiler I 5.1 Preparation The bonding surfaces on the TECHART rear spoiler must be dry and free from dust and paint spray mist. Use cleaning agent to thoroughly degrease bonding surfaces on the TECHART Rear Spoiler. -

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS TECHART Aero-Kit I 987 Cayman from MY 09 Allow to dry for at least 12 hours. Fix the TECHART rear spoiler I with the screw M5x16 through the hole for the rubber stops of the rear hatch. The screw is only used fort he fixation. -

Observe specified tightening torques! 6.2 Final inspection Perform a general function test of the vehicle.
