Installation
Install the Mini PCI Express Card and Bracket
WARNING!
Mini PCI Express Cards can be severely damaged by static electricity. Make sure
that you are properly grounded before you open your Computer Case or touch the
Mini PCI Express Card. You should wear an Anti-Static Strap when you install any
computer component. If an Anti-Static Strap isn't available, discharge any built-up
static electricity by touching a large Grounded Metal Surface for several seconds. Only
handle the Mini PCI Express Card by its edges and don't touch the gold connectors.
1. Turn off the Host Computer and any Peripheral Devices that are connected to it
(e.g. printers, external hard drives, etc.).
2. Unplug the Power Cable from the back of the Host Computer.
3. Disconnect any Peripheral Devices that are connected to the Host Computer.
4. Remove the Cover from the Host Computer Case.
Note: Consult the documentation that came with the Host Computer for details about
doing this safely.
5. Locate an available Mini PCI Express Slot and remove the corresponding Slot
Cover Plate from the back of the Host Computer Case.

doing this safely. This card works in Mini PCI Express slots only.
6. Line up and gently insert the Mini PCI Express Card on the slot at a slight angle.
Ensure to match up the gap in the Mini PCI Express Card with the notch on the slot
7. Push the Mini PCI Express Card against the System Board and fasten the top edge
of the Mini PCI Express Card using two Screws and a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
8. Connect the Internal LED and Data Cables from the Daughter Board to the Mini
