Possible cause
1. The cookware is unsuitable for
induction, or the base diameter is
too small.
2. The cookware is not in the center
of the glass ceramic plate.
3. Internal defect.
A software error has occurred.
The internal overheating protection
has been activated.
The voltage protection has been
triggered.

Troubleshooting
1. Use suitable cookware.
2. Center the cookware using the marking on the
glass ceramic plate.
3. Contact your sales or service office.
Pull the mains plug out of the socket and plug it back
in after 30 seconds. If this error occurs again, contact
your sales or service office.
Ensure unhindered air circulation. Make sure that the
exhaust air openings are free of dirt in accordance
with chapter 7 Cleaning. If this error occurs again,
contact your sales or service office.
Allow the appliance to cool down and check that the
mains voltage is within the limits specified in chapter
14 Technical data.
Make sure that the cookware has not cooked empty.
Remove the cookware from the glass ceramic plate
and allow the appliance to cool down.
