Application possibilities
TABLE GRILL
- Place the grill plate on the glass ceramic surface. Make sure that the plate rests properly on it.
- To avoid scratching the glass ceramic surface, place the grill plate carefully and remove it carefully from the
appliance. Before placing the grill plate, make sure that the underside of the grill plate and the glass ceramic
surface are clean and free from foreign objects.
- Brush the grill plate with a little vegetable oil, especially when preparing food without marinade.
- If necessary, place a container under the fat drainage to catch excess fat.
- You can use the regulator knob to select the desired power level, i.e. temperature. The temperature can be
slightly higher at the beginning and then reduced. As soon as the grill plate has reached the desired temperature,
you can place the prepared pieces of food on it.
- Note: To protect the non-stick coating of the grill plate, use wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils to turn
and remove the food. Do not cut on the grill plate. Do not leave any utensils on the hot grill plate that could
melt or deform.
INDUCTION UNIT
- Place suitable cookware on the class ceramic surface. The circular marking is for your orientation to activate
the pot detection.
- To activate the pan detection, the cookware must have a flat, magnetic base with a diameter of at least 12 cm
and a maximum of 26 cm. Cookware made of iron, 18/0 stainless steel, enamelled cast iron or cast steel can
be used on the induction hob.
- Only place the cookware on the glass ceramic plate carefully. Do not slide it, instead lift it up and set it down
in the desired position. Make sure that you do not slide the cookware when portioning and taking out the food.
This will prevent scratches and potential damage to the surface.
- Choose the size of the cookware appropriately to the quantity to be prepared.
- Make sure that the cookware rests securely on the glass ceramic hob and does not protrude over the side of it.
- To prevent food residues from burning in and being difficult to remove afterwards, do not leave the empty
cookware on the switched-on appliance.
- Remove residues, especially from sugar or sugary food, from the glass ceramic surface immediately to prevent
them from burning in onto the surface.
