3.  OperatetheEmergency-Offswitch(dia.1,item9)toimmediatelystopthecablewinchin
caseofanemergencyandtosecureagainstrestart.Toresetthedevicetooperational
status,firstturntheEmergency-Offswitchclockwise,whichwillunlocktheredkey.The
cablewinchisnowoperational.
4.  Thecablewinchisdesignedwithlimitconfigurationtolimitstop.Whenloadhookishoi-
stinguptotopmostposition,thelimitweighttouchtheuplimitbracket,themicroswtich
ofuplimitbracketcancutoffthecircuitandmakethemotorstoptoinsurethesafetyof
operations;Whenloadhookisloweringdownnearlytouseupthecable,themicroswitch
ofdownlimitbracketstartworkandcutoffthecircuitandmakethemotorstop.
5.  Attention!Ifthecablehasbeenunwoundtothepointwheretheredindicatormarkis
visible,thecablewinchmustbestopped.Undernocircumstancesshouldthecablebe
unwoundpastthispoint'
6.  Ifthecablewinchcannothoistaloadimmediately,switchitoffimmediatelytoprevent
damagesandaccidents.
7.  Pleasebesurethattheloadissecurelyfastenedtotheloadhook.Maintainthelargest
possibledistancetotheloadandsteelcableduringoperation.
8.  Uponloweringaload,pleaserememberthatthecablehoistmaystillunwindafewmore
centimetresafteritwasstopped.Therefore,pleasestopinsufficienttime.
9.  Pleasebesurethatthesteelcablecannotbemovedmorethan15°totheside.
10. Thecablewinchcanbeoperatedwithasingleordoublecables,thereforethepermissible
ratedload,seeTechnicalSpecifications,canvary.
11. Afterunpackingtheitems,checktomakesurethatallpiecesandaccessoriescorrespond
withthedirections.Checktoseeiftheropewinchhasanydentsordamage,ifthecable
connectionshaveanydefectsandifthemotorshowsanysignsofrainorwaterdamage.
12. Theelectricpulleyusesasingle-phaseenergypowersupply.Thenominalvoltageis230V
±5%,thenominalfrequencyis50Hz±1%.Themotormustbesafelygrounded.Inthe
circuitryofthepowersupplyanover-currentprotectionmustbeinstalled.Thefuseof
powersupplyshouldbe1.25-1.5timesofratedcurrent.
13. Afterconnectingthepowersupply,thepulleycanthenberaisedandloweredinJog-mo-
de.Onecanraiseandlowerstart-upduringadry-run.Firstwhentheupanddownmo-
vementisstableandthebrakesworkflawlessly,oncecantestthepulleywithadummy
load.
14. Thesurroundingareatemperatureshouldbebetween5°-40°C.Theheightaboutseale-
velneedstobeunder1000m.Theareadampnessshouldbeat30-95%.Thetemperature
forthestorageandtransportshouldbeabout-25°upto55°C.
12. Operation with double cable
Loosenthenutsofthe3screwslocatedontheadditionalloadhook(dia.1,item4)andremove
thecoverplatelocatedontheside.Placethesteelcablearoundthedeviatingshaftandreat-
tachthecoverplateandnuts.Pleasebesurethattheloadhook/deviatingshaftisinstalled
properlyandthatthenutsaresecurelytightened.
Please insert the load hook (3) attached to the cable into the hook bracket of the mounting
casing(7).
