5. It is important that each step is performed in correct order to avoid di culties.
6. Assemble your furniture on packaging cardboard to prevent scratches or damage.
7. Do not tighten any screws or bolts until the unit is completely assembled.
8. Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children.

Hardware List Lock Washer (16x) 1/4” x 15 mm Bolt (16x) Flat Washer (16x) Hex Wrench (1x) Parts List OSOT2216T (1x) (Sold Separately) Left Side Panel (1x) Right Side Panel (1x) Top Stretcher (2x)
- Page 3 Position the OSOT2216T (1) upside down on a level and protective surface. Align and attach the Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3) to the Top Align and attach the frame (2-5) by inserting 15mm Bolts (A), Lock Washer (B), Stretcher (4), and Bottom Stretcher (5) by inserting 15mm Bolts (A), Lock Washer (B), and Flat Washer (C) through metal plate on Left (2) and and Flat Washer (C) through the metal frame.

To assemble using OS Laminate Top (OS66T) use the below instructions Hardware List #8 x 15 mm Screw (8x) Parts List Left Side Panel (1x) Right Side Panel (1x) OS66T (1x) (Sold Separately)
- Page 5 Align and attach the Left Side Panel (2) and Right Side Panel (3) to the Top Stretcher (4), and Bottom Stretcher (5) by inserting 15mm Bolts (A), Position the OS66 (1) upside down on a level and protective surface. Lock Washer (B), and Flat Washer (C) through metal plate on Left (2) and Align and attach the frame (2-5) by inserting Screw 8*15mm Right Side (3) Panel.

Maximum Recommended Weight Loads 300 lbs Care & Maintenance Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary. Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. Clean product with mild cleanser using soft damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleanser. Liquid spills should be removed immediately.
