- Page 2 Once done, turn the Power Switch from I → O at the rear of the Kiosk. STEP 2 To remove the Printer Module, follow the 15501-ML001_BETMAKERS USER SERVICE MANUAL, Chapter 6, Step 1 to 8 for the removal of the Printer.

- Page 7 7” LCD Screen Hinge Repair performed by trained service personnel only. STEP 21 Select replacement 7-INCH BACK HINGE COVER (part# 15501-IM016) . STEP 22 Record & remove the serial number decal from the Back Hinge Cover. Remove the damaged 7-INCH BACK HINGE COVER.
- Page 8 STEP 27 Select 2x PLASTIC HINGE SPACER (part# 15501-MP020AA). STEP 28 Install the 2x PLASTIC HINGE SPACER (part# 15501-MP020AA) (19) into the PLASTIC HINGE BASE (part# 15501-IM009). STEP 29 Install PLASTIC HINGE BASE onto the Chassis together with 4x Screws in positions shown.
- Page 9 STEP 32 Select 1x WASHER M7 NYLON x 12.4 x 0.76 (part# WSM07-12FLNY). STEP 33 Apply a small “dot” of Loctite 406 onto 1 only inside face 15501-IM016 as shown. For this Step, the Washer is installed to the LH inside face.
- Page 10 TOT Chassis in position shown. Retain 3x Looms inside the “slot opening” of the REAR HINGE BLANKING PLATE as highlighted. Re-install 2x Screws to secure the REAR HINGE BLANKING PLATE into position using #2 Phillips Head Screwdriver. Page 10 15501-ML006 REV01 ECN 6743...
