Follow this procedure to update the instrument firmware: Method 1: Update from USB memory. Download the firmware package from official SIGLENT website. Extract the .ADS file into the root directory of an USB memory. Plug the USB memory into the USB Host connector. Press System > “Service” > “Update”, find the .ADS file in USB memory.
Service and Support SIGLENT warrants that the products that it manufactures and sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years (accessories for a period of one year) from the date of shipment from an authorized Siglent distributor.
Before calling SIGLENT, or returning an analyzer for service, perform the quick checks listed below. These checks may eliminate the problem. If the problem remains still, please contact SIGLENT and provide your device information in the back of the analyzer.
