LOUDBOX MINI CHARGE BATTERY REMOVAL GUIDE
Once the amplifier head is removed, turn the amp cabinet to access the inside top of the grill.
There are 3 screws (Circled in red) that hold the top of the grill in place.
Remove these 3 screws with a Philips head screwdriver.

  • Page 1 LOUDBOX MINI CHARGE BATTERY REMOVAL GUIDE Once the amplifier head is removed, turn the amp cabinet to access the inside top of the grill. There are 3 screws (Circled in red) that hold the top of the grill in place. Remove these 3 screws with a Philips head screwdriver.
  • Page 2 Grab the top of the grill, tilt it away from the cabinet and lift it out. Turn the amplifier on its back so the speakers are facing up.
  • Page 3 Remove the 4 Philips Head screws that hold the woofer into the cabinet. Once the woofer has been lifted out of the cabinet, unplug the two connectors from the speaker to remove it.
  • Page 4 On the bottom side of the amplifier, there are 4 Hex Head screws that hold the battery in place. Use a 4mm Hex wrench to remove these battery mount screws. Reach into the hole where the woofer mounts and lift out the battery.
  • Page 5 Unplug the 2 connectors from the battery. Remove the ground connector first (Black wire), and then the positive terminal (Red wire). When the battery is fully removed from the cabinet, remove the metal housing and bottom rubber pad. The battery can now be removed from the housing and replaced with a new one.
