To set up automatic synchronisations in Sony Ericsson sync
From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.

2 Tap Settings > Data synchronisation.
3 Tap Sony Ericsson Sync.
4 Touch and hold the synchronisation item.
5 Tap Edit.
6 Scroll down and mark the Auto synchronisation checkbox in the Edit account tab.
7 Press .
8 Tap Save.
To set a synchronisation interval in Sony Ericsson sync
1 From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.
2 Tap Sony Ericsson Sync.
3 Touch and hold the synchronisation item.
4 Tap Edit.
5 Mark the Sync interval checkbox.
6 Select a synchronisation interval.
7 Press .
8 Tap Save.
To delete a synchronisation item in Sony Ericsson sync
From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.

2 Tap Sony Ericsson Sync.
3 Touch and hold the synchronisation item.
4 Tap Delete.
5 Tap Yes.
To stop a synchronisation in Sony Ericsson sync
1 When synchronising, press
2 Tap Cancel.
Google Sync™syncing service
You can use the Google Sync™ syncing service to synchronise your phone with your
Google Mail™, Google Calendar™ and contacts. You can view and edit information both
in your phone and on your computer.
To synchronise with your Google™ account, the account needs to be activated in your phone.
You can synchronise manually, or set the phone to synchronise automatically by activating
background data usage. See To set up a Google™ account in your phone on page 8 for more
information.
To select Google Sync™ as the default synchronisation service
From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.

2 Tap Settings > Data synchronisation > Select sync application.
3 Select Google.
To set up automatic synchronisations in Google Sync™
1 From the Home screen, tap the applications bar.
Tap Settings > Synchronise data.

3 Tap Google sync.
4 Mark the Background data checkbox.
5 Mark the Auto-sync checkbox.
6 Mark the checkboxes for the synchronisation items you want to synchronise
automatically.
7 Press .
8 Mark the checkbox to enable automatic synchronisation for Google Mail™ .
To stop a synchronisation in Google Sync™
1 When synchronising, press
2 Tap Cancel sync.
