    Getting started Assembly To remove the battery cover • Insert the tip of your finger or a thin object firmly into the opening on the bottom side of the phone, between the phone and the battery cover. Then lift up the cover slowly. Do not use sharp objects that may damage parts of the phone.

    • Wi-Fi® • Sony Ericsson Sync Before you can import contacts via a synchronization account, you first need to set up the synchronization account and back up your old contacts to it. If you do not want existing contacts saved on your memory card or SIM card to be synchronized, then you should import these contacts from the memory card or SIM card to your new phone before you set up the synchronization account.

    Home screen The Home screen is the starting point of your phone. You can personalize the Home screen by adding, for example, applications, shortcuts, and widgets, or by changing the wallpaper. The Home screen extends beyond the screen width, giving you more space to personalize. When you go to the Home screen, some applications may continue to run in the background.
