Make and Take
Electric Skillet
1. Insert the temperature control probe
into the receptable located on the side
of the electric skillet.
TO STORE
1. Carefully place the glass lid, knob side
down, on the electric skillet.

2. To Preheat: Plug in the cord and turn the heat dial to the desired temperature.
The power light will illuminate.
2. Use the clamps on both sides of the cool
touch handles and slide to keep the lid
in place.

3. Remove the temperature control probe
from the power unit and place into the
slot on the side of electric skillet. Wrap
cord around the cord storage.
3. The indicator light will turn OFF once the electric skillet
has reached the desired temperature. Add food to the
electric skillet and cook according to the recipe.
4. Store horizontally or vertically depending on your space.
