Installation and operation Operation Cookware The induction appliance is equipped with a cookware detection mechanism. Before use make sure that the cookware/containers are suitable for use on induction appliances. Look for this marking on the bottom of cookware/container, or on the packaging.

Installation and operation Keeping food warm WARNING! Risk of burning! The plate maintaining temperature is very hot during operation and some time afterwards. Do not touch hot surfaces. During operation food containers become very hot and remain hot for a while after switching the appliance off.
Cleaning and Maintenance Cleaning and Maintenance The operator must ensure that the device and its safety components are kept in good condition. Control and safety systems should be checked for their effectiveness. Maintenance, cleaning and repairs must only be carried out by suitably trained and specialised personnel.
Cleaning and Maintenance 5. For limescale stains, apply warmed wine vinegar or commercially available descaling agent to the area, wait for it to work, and then wipe off with a soft, damp cloth. 6. For deposits caused by spilled sugar, melted plastic or aluminium, apply a special glass/ceramic glass cleaner (with silicone if possible) to the surface, then wipe the surface.
