DECA's sanitary ware and bathroom fittings, manufactured within the highest quality and technology standards, incorporating experience
and tradition of over half a century, offer a 10-year warranty, from their acquisition date, duly evidenced upon presenting the purchase
invoice.
In addition to the 10-year warranty, DECA covers all labor costs arising from our DECA Customer Service within the first year of this
warranty.
This warranty only applies to products acquired from 1995 on, and the manufacturer responsibility is restricted solely to the product.
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damages arising from accidental drops, misuse, mishandling, improper installation and specification errors;
- Surface damages arising from improper cleaning (chemicals, diluent, scouring powder, steel wool, scouring pad);
- Parts with natural wear from regular use, such as: seals, gaskets, sealing rings, trims, wedges, sealing systems;
- Products repaired by personnel not authorized by DECA Customer Service;
- Use of non-genuine or not suitable parts, or installation of additional parts without previous permission by the manufacturer;
- Products installed in systems in which the water is deemed to be non-potable or with impurities and/or foreign substances, likely to
cause malfunctioning;
- Foreign objects within the product which could damage it or prevent proper functioning.
- Products intended to PUBLIC USE will have their warranty period shortened in 50%.

This Certificate is valid within the whole Brazilian Territory.
General:
This DECA product meets the highest standards of technology and quality, incorporating expertise and tradition of more than half a
century, with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of acquisition, upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased as of 2005, and the manufacturer's liability is limited to manufacturing defects.
General Warranty Restrictions:
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from accidental dropping, improper use and/or handling, improper installation, non-compliance with the technical
guidelines provided by the manufacturer and specification errors;
- Damage caused by improper cleaning (use of solvent, chemicals, soap-type abrasives, steel wool, double-sided sponge and the like);
- Parts with natural wear from regular use, such as: seals, gaskets, sealing rings, trims, wedges and sealing systems;
- Products repaired by personnel not authorized by DECA Customer Service network;
- Use of non-genuine or not suitable parts, or installation of additional parts without prior written consent by the manufacturer;
- Products installed in systems in which the water is deemed to be non-potable or with impurities and/or harmful substances that may
cause malfunctioning;
- Foreign objects or other substances inside the product that may impair or prevent its proper operation, such as: glue, lubricants,
construction residues, sand, cement, stones or fabrics, among others.
-Inadequate installation of the product with cement and/or plastic paste.
The manufacture of DECA products and their technical specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice by the
manufacturer.
