    Electronical Filling Pump 3. GENERAL INFORMATION All Decoflame fireplaces are designed, manufactured and quality-tested in Denmark with the highest product safety and user- friendliness in mind. Denver F6 with CEVB Technology (Controlled Ethanol Vapour Burning Technology) can be operated via control panel.

    5. INSTALLATION Please refer to the detailed installation instructions provided with the technical drawing for the Decoflame bio fireplace. These instructions include all necessary dimensions and a step-by-step installation guide. Installation of the Decoflame bio fireplace should only be carried out after all construction and finishing work in the room has been completed to prevent damage to the fireplace, casing, or glass.

    NB: Placing TV screens or valuable paintings above the fireplace is NOT recommended, as the upward-drifting warm air may cause damage. For those intending to incorporate a TV screen above the fireplace, the instructions below should be followed, or further advice can be sought from Decoflame. ↕ Min. 800mm Min.

    Once the bio fireplace is positioned as desired, switch on the power connection using the button that unlocks the fuel cap. > STEP 4: Carefully install the glass screen(s) by inserting the glass holders into the holes in the top plate.     > BIOETHANOL (FUEL) Decoflame bio fireplaces are designed and manufactured exclusively for use with high alcohol bioethanol (96.5% to max 97.5%). DO NOT use any other fuel, other materials, lower quality bioethanol, or bioethanol containing oils and odours as this will void your warranty.
  • Page 13 HOW TO SET THE TIMER The fireplace has two ways to set the built-in timer. > THROUGH THE FIREPLACE DISPLAY: While the fireplace is in operation, follow the instructions below. - Navigate to the timer screen by pressing the left button on the remote control. - Select the desired time interval by pressing the up and down buttons while on the timer screen.

    Before cleaning the fireplace, ensure it has cooled down and is completely switched off. The glass components of the Decoflame fireplace are made of tempered heat-resistant glass. These glass parts, along with any metal parts exposed to the heat of the fire, may slightly change color or structure. This is considered normal wear and tear and does not indicate a product flaw or fault.

  • Page 18: Emptying The Fuel Tank

    Only the vapour of the bioethanol burns. The bioethanol boils from 78°C (172.4°F) and the flash point is 13°C (55.4°F). The bioethanol vapours are heavier than air, so it will always remain on top of the surface of the liquid bioethanol. All Decoflame fireplaces can be operated only with bioethanol of at least 96.5% but not more than 97.5%.

    Specific wearing parts other than those mentioned, which deteriorate under normal use, are not covered. These parts require regular maintenance and replacement for optimal function. Reference is also made to Decoflame's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery and applicable co-operation agreements.
