the dust cup on my shark nv 500 will not release. I pull up on the release latches and try to tiltd dust cup. It will not tilt forsward and i cannots get it out tdo emptsy the dust.
To fix the issue of the dust cup not releasing on your Shark NV500 Series vacuum:
1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum.
2. Check for any blockages or debris around the dust cup release mechanism.
