Troubleshooting

The LED indicator is flashing.
Scenario
Driver board error
Fan error
Optical engine temperature error
TOF error
Battery malfunction
G sensor Error

The projector does not turn on.
Possible cause
There is no power from
the power cord.
Attempting to turn
the projector on again
during the cooling
process.
No picture.
Possible cause
The video source is not
turned on or connected
correctly.

Remedy
Plug the power cord into the AC power jack on
the projector, and plug the power cord into the
power outlet. If the power outlet has a switch,
make sure that it is switched on.
Wait until the cooling down process has
completed.
Remedy
• Check if the video source is properly
connected.
• The projector may be in Audio-only or
networked standby mode. Press the power
key to disable.
