    D. COMPATIBILITY WARNING The JAY Focus Point Back is designed to be compatible with most wheel-chairs with the following exception: 1. Wheelchairs that are angle adjustable with recline or tilt, and result in a back angle greater than 60° from the vertical.

    CRITICAL SAFETY CHECKS 1. Fasteners: Sunrise Medical recommends that all fasteners be checked for wear, such as loose bolts or broken components Every 6 months. Loose fasteners should be retightened according to the installation instructions.

    E E N N G G L L I I S S H H V. INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT WARNING Improper installation of the Focus Point Back and/or any of its hardware components, may result in injury. Be sure to follow all instructions for re-installation should the back be removed from the wheelchair.
  • Page 6 V. INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT E. SETTING THE HEIGHT OF THE BACKREST The Jay Focus Point Back must be mounted at the correct height on the backrest tubes. Sunrise Medical recommends that the initial fitting and positioning of the backrest take place under the supervision of a clinician, or a rehab technology supplier.

    24 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY 1. Each Jay Focus Point Back is carefully inspected and tested to provide peak performance. Every Jay Focus Point Back is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use.

    REVISIONES CRÍTICAS DE SEGURIDAD 1. Sujetadores: Sunrise Medical recomienda revisar todos los sujetadores cada 6 meses para verificar que no estén desgastados, que no haya pernos flojos ni componentes rotos.
