    If the surface treatment of the stanchions shows a defect (bronze color fading to raw aluminum) or if you no�ce that one of the plungers is bent, contact BOS Suspension a�er-sales service directly. For first-genera�on fork models: (2008 onwards) Some forks have an older design with two seals (a main seal and a dust cover).
  • Page 10 NOMENCLATURE REMOVAL ASSEMBLY NOMENCLATURE Refit the spring rod on the le�-hand stanchion. Put back the clip previously removed. Replace the two thick O-rings at the bo�om of the cas�ng. You can now reassemble the two stanchion in the cas�ng. Be careful not to pinch the lips of the wiper seals. Screw on bo�om nut and its O-ring.
