BATTERY OPERATED 20L VEHICLE FLUIDS DRUM PUMP
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing Alemlube's 11028 battery operated 20L oil, transmission fluid & coolant drum
pump. In conjunction with our Taiwanese supplier, Alemlube has designed this pump to the highest
quality standards using premium quality materials and workmanship.
PLEASE READ THIS SAFETY INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
We suggest that you read & retain this Owner's Manual to assist you in the
operation & maintenance of your new 20L vehicle fluids drum pump.
WARNING
Please read this important information carefully before use.
This product should only be used with engineers oils, hydraulic oils,
gear oils up to SAE 140, transmission fluids & coolants.
•
Visually inspect the pump, charger and battery prior to use for any signs
of damage, loose or missing parts. If the equipment is worn or damaged,
you will need to remove it from service and replace it if required.
•
The battery operated pump must be used strictly in accordance
with Alemlube's terms and conditions.
•
'WARNING' listed throughout this manual are to advise of actions
which may cause damage to your 11028.
Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, fire, serious injury and/or damage to the motor assembly
and/or the pump in general.
•
Please sure that all operators have adequate access to the
operating & maintenance instructions as included herewith.
GENERAL SAFETY
Do not operate the 11028 in explosive areas,
e.g.; close to flammable liquids, gases or dust.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
•
Never modify the electrical connections.
•
Do not expose the 11028 to rain, wet or humid conditions.
•
Do not use the product if the product is damaged
or the switch does not turn the pump on.
•
Only use "ORIGINAL" Alemlube replacement parts,
battery or charger.
BATTERY & CHARGER SAFETY
Please follow the instructions from the battery and the charger Owner's Manual
•
If the "battery-pack" case is damaged do not use - Danger of electric shock or electrocution.
•
Battery charger must only be used for charging the rechargeable batteries supplied with the kit.
•
Do not operate the charger if the charger, power cord or the plug are damaged - replace immediately.
•
Do not disassemble the charger or the battery.
•
Do not store the battery pack in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 40°C.
•
Do not use the charger on any voltage other than what is stated on the charger as supplied with the kit.
