Using the Phonebook

The phone can store up to 100 entries in its phonebook. All handsets share
the same phonebook, so only one handset can access it at a time.

open/close the phonebook
scroll through the entries
jump to entries that start
with a certain letter
dial the current entry
edit the current entry
delete the current entry
Adding Phonebook Entries
With the phone in standby, open the phonebook. Press
Create New.

♦ Enter the phone number (up to 20 digits) exactly as you would dial it.
♦ If you need the phone to wait before sending the next set of digits, press
to insert a 2-second pause. You can insert multiple pauses,

Deleting All the Phonebook Entries
With the phone in standby, open the phonebook. Press

Delete
All. When the phone prompts you to confirm, select Yes.

USING SPECIAL FEATURES

Silent Mode

You can silence the ringers on the base and all handsets for a specific
period of time; the answering system answers any incoming calls without
playing anything through the speaker.
1. With the phone in standby, press and hold
