Wi-Fi connecting
Setting up your Device with the Honiture HOME App
Use the following information to go through the Wi-Fi setup process.
- Download the Honiture HOME App onto your mobile device by scan the QR code or search the APP in Google play or APP store (APP name: HonySmart)

iOS: Compatible with Operating Systems 10 and higher.
Android: Compatible with Operating Systems 8.0 and higher.
Windows Phone systems may not be compatible.
- Place the Charging Station or Automatic Dirt Disposal on a level surface that is free of obstacles in a location that has good Wi-Fi coverage, and then connect it to power.
Note:Place robot on the base and ensure it is powered on.
Device Wi-Fi Setup
"The device can not be connected to Wi-Fi."
If the Honiture HOME App says "The device can not be connected to Wi-Fi" please ensure the following and perform these simple steps to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network:
- Make sure the Home Base and robot are located in an area with good Wi-Fi coverage.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi indicator on the robot is blinking blue and follow the on-screen instructions within the App to connect your mobile device to the robot Wi-Fi network.
- Follow the on-screen instruction within the HOME App to complete the Wi-Fi setup process.
- If the robot cannot be found in the network, reboot the robot and router, force close the HOME App, and retry the Wi-Fi setup process. If problem persists, check your Wi-Fi settings on your router to confirm they are compatible with the Wi-Fi setup process.
Reset your WIFI
If you want to change the device connected or add other devices, please reset your Wi-Fi.
Press ON/OFF button "
" and the recharge button "
" together for 5 seconds toreset WIFI.
Connecting the Unit to the Home App
- Complete Setup Checklist
Confirm you are ready to start: - Have your charging station and robot.
- Know your Wi-Fi network name and Wi-Fi network password.
Note: The Honiture Q6 model does not support 5GHz connectivity, and you may need to connect to your 2.4GHz network instead. Follow the instructions on the Honiture HOMEApp.
- Charging Station Placement
Verify that you have placed the Charging Station or Automatic Dirt Disposal - In an area with good Wi-Fi coverage
- On a hard, level surface against a wall with a clear path that is free of obstacles for robot.

To prevent the risk of your robot falling down stairs, ensure that the charging station is placed at least 4 ft (1.2m) away from stairs.
- Name Your Robot
"Honiture Q6" is preloaded - but what will you name your new Robot? - Type a name and press "Continue".
- Connect the robot to Your Wi-Fi
The Honiture HOME App will display the name of the Wi-Fi network that the mobile device is currently connected to. Confirm this is the network you would like to use.
iOS: To set up Honiture Q6 on a different network with an iOS device, select the Wi-Fi network in the HOME App and change the network in the settings of the mobile device.
Android: To set up Honiture Q6 on a different network with an Android device, press "Change Wi-Fi network" and choose the network you would like to connect to from the menu.
Enter your Wi-Fi network password.
If no password is required, check the box on the screen and "Continue".
Note: If you receive a message at the end of the setup process that indicates an incorrect password, be sure that you have entered your Wi-Fi network password correctly. Ensure it contains only alpha numeric characters.

If you're unable to connect:
Ensure the Wi-Fi Network is on 2.4 GHz or 2.4835GHz Mixed Network and the Honiture Q6 robot will not work on a 5GHz network. Turn off cellular data (referred to as mobile data on some devices) and try again.
