  • Page 6 Step 1 Let’s get started. Start by inserting Wooden dowels (A) into the Steps (3), Rail (13), Side Rail (23), Lower Footboard Rail (4), Upper Footboard Rail (5), Short Guard Rails (7), Long Guard Rails (12), Guard Rail With Warning (24) and Lower White Board Rail (6).
  • Page 7 Step 2 Secure Steps (3) to Side Ladder (2) and Left Footboard Foot (19) with Bolts (B) and tighten with Hex key (H).
  • Page 8 Step 3 Secure parts Lower Footboard Rail (4) and Upper Footboard Rail (5) to the Left Footboard Foot (19) with Bolts (B) and tighten with Hex key (H).
  • Page 9 Step 4 Attach the Lower Footboard Rail (4) and Upper Footboard Rail (5) to the Side Ladder (2) with the Bolts (C) and tighten with Hex key (H).
  • Page 10 Step 5 Segure the Short Guard Rail (7) and Lower White Board Rail (6) to the Side Ladder (2) with Bolts (B) and Hex key (H).
  • Page 11 Step 6 Fit the White Board (8) into the grooves of the Upper Footboard Rail (5) and Lower White Board Rail (6).
  • Page 12 Step 7 Secure the Right Footboard Foot (20) to Lower Footboard Rail (4), Lower White Board Rail (6) and Upper Footboard Rail (5) with Bolts (B) and Hex key (H). We will not fix the Short Guard Rail (7) yet. We will do that in the next steps.
  • Page 13 Step 8 Now we will assemble the other side. Take the Long Guard Rails (12) and Rail (13) and attach them to the Left Headboard Foot (22) and Right Headboard Foot (21) with Bolts (B) and Hex key (H). We will not fix top Guard Rail (12) to Right Headboard Foot (21) yet.
  • Page 14 Step 9 Insert the Barrel nuts (E) into the holes of the Side Rail (23). Then, attach the Side Rail (23) to the Right Footboard Foot (20) and Left Footboard Foot (21) for option 1 or Left Headboard Foot (22) and Left Footboard Foot (19) for option 2. Fixing the Bolts (D) through and into the Barrel nuts (E) and tighten with Hex Key (H).
  • Page 15 Step 10 Fit Ladder Side Panel (15) into the grooves of the Left Footboard Foot (19) and Left Headbord Foot (22). To help fit the Side panel into the parts (10) and (1) grooves, you can loose the screws indicated. Tight them again after.
  • Page 16 Step 11 Fix Bolts (D) with Hex Key (H) through the Left Headboard Foot (22) and Left Footboard Foot (19) to the Barrel nuts (E) in the Ladder Side Panel (15).
  • Page 17 Step 12 Attach Short Guard Rail (7) to Side Ladder (2) and Guard Rail With Warning (24) to Ladder Side Panel (15) with Bolts (B) and Hex key (H).

  • Page 19 Step 14 Fix Bolts (D) with Hex Key (H) through the Right Headboard Foot (21) and Right Footboard Foot (20) to the Barrel Nut (E) in the Side Panel (16).
  • Page 20 Step 15 With Bolts (B) and Hex Key (H) fix the Short Guard Rail (7) and Long Guard Rails (12) to the Side Panel (16) and Foots (20 and 21).
  • Page 21 Step 16 Place the Slats (17) in rails using Screws (F) and Spacers (G). The first slat must be fixed aligned with the slat support. Presure can be applied to rails 15 and 16 to ensure that mattress supports 17 fit evenly between rails.
