& Stand Mixer
USING YOUR UNIT AS A STAND MIXER:
1. Assemble hand mixer
with the desired
attachment: dough
hooks or beaters.
3. Place cover on top
and turn it clockwise
to lock. Insert hand
mixer into the bowl
cover until it clicks.
5. More ingredients
can be added while
mixing by opening
the clear feeding
cover.

2. Place ingredients into
the inner mixing bowl.
Place inner mixing
bowl into the outer
bowl.
4. Turn the speed switch
to desired speed
setting.
6. When mixing is
complete, turn the
speed switch to
( 0 ) OFF.

USING YOUR UNIT AS A HAND MIXER:
1. Assemble hand mixer with the
desired attachment: dough hooks
or beaters.
2. Place ingredients into the inner or
outer mixing bowls. Plug unit into
power source.
3. Turn the speed switch to desired
speed setting.
Start at a low speed & gradually
increase speed as needed.
4. When mixing is complete, turn the
speed switch to ( 0 ) OFF.
Unplug Hand & Stand Mixer.
