Replacement instructions
For stem replacement (1), carefully extract the damaged stem after
removing the C-clip on the upper part (2) and the valve plug on the
lower part (3). Then insert the new stem, replace the C-clip and the
closing plug after replacing the O-Ring (4).

by a wrong installation of the stem or valve malfunction.
