1. Precaution 1.1 Safety Precaution 1. To prevent injury to the user or other people and property damage, the following instructions must be followed. 2. 3. Function 3.1 Mechanical oven (7NM**M1, 7NM30D0) Rotate the knob to the related function position. Rotate the knob to the expected temperature position. Rotate the knob to the expected timer position. 3.2 Electronic oven (7NM30Ex, 7NM30Tx, 7NP30Ex, 7NP30Tx) Press the touching control buttons to adjust the function temperature and time, different touching control buttons are shown on below chart...

5. Installation 5.1 Preparation before installation 1 Assembly shall be referred to the measurements in the following specification after the package is removed. (The packing material shall be handled properly.) 2 Please use the handle boxes on the sides if the oven is required to be lifted or moved. It is prohibited from using door handle directly to lift the oven.
6. Disassembly 6.1 Tools Most of the tools that you might need are shown below. Some are optional. ELECTRICAL PLIERS or STRIPPERS : For cutting and stripping small electrical wire. VOM (VOLT-OHM METER): For testing electrical circuits. If you do not have one, please get one. An inexpensive one will suffice, as long as it has both "AC Voltage"...
Step 2: Remove the bake rack and bake tray from the oven. Step 3: Remove the fixed screws that located inside the front frame on both sides of the oven. (See the following figure). Step 4: Pull the oven out of the cabinet toward you, using the gripping points and the handle boxes on the sides.

Step 2: Hold the oven door and lift up (open the door 30° angle),then slowly and obliquely drag the door backward. Warning: The door body is prohibited from dragging forcibly and shall be prevented glass smashing during the disassembly process.
6.3.2 Disassembly of flat door (Type: 2 layers of glass) Step 1: Remove the door from oven (please refer to Point 6.3.1), and put it horizontally on the table. Step 2: Press on the right and left side of the cover and remove the cover. (See No.1, No.2 indicated in Fig), take the inner glass out (See No.3 indicated in Fig).
Step 4: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws fixed the hinges, and disassemble the hinges. 6.4 Disassembly of control panel 6.4.1 Remove the control panel from oven WARNING: 1 Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it. Failure to disconnect the power supply during service may result in an electrical shock or fire hazard.
Step 2: Move the control panel to the top and pull it out gradually , be careful with the limitation of the length of the wirings. 6.4.2 Disassembly parts of Control panel Step 1: Remove the control panel from oven (please refer to Point 6.4.1). Step 2: Pull the knobs out of the control panel assembly by hands.

First take out the four connectors carefully, and take out the three screws, then you can take out the PCB board .if there need change the TFT screen ,you need take another four screws(7NM30Fx-E1xxx00). Use a screwdriver and electrician to disassemble the parts holder , if the holders get broken by accident , it’s reasonable to get them changed also(7NM20M1-E21xy**).
6.5 Disassembly of top cover WARNING: Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it. Failure to disconnect the power supply during service may result in an electrical shock or fire hazard. Step : Use a screwdriver to disassemble the screws on top cover like the picture below...
6.6 Disassembly of back cover WARNING: Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it. Failure to disconnect the power supply during service may result in an electrical shock or fire hazard. Step 1:Remove the top cover from oven (please refer to Point 6.5), and put it horizontally on the table.
6.8 Disassembly of convection motor WARNING: Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it. Failure to disconnect the power supply during service may result in an electrical shock or fire hazard. Step 1: Remove the door from oven (please refer to Point 6.3.1), and put it horizontally on the table.
Step 5: Disconnect the wires on the convection motor. For the sake of reassembly convenience, please mark the connection positions before moving the wires. Remove the screw fixed the convection motor and rotate the motor anti-clockwise to take it out. 6.9 Disassembly of top, bottom heating element Step 1: Remove the door from oven (please refer to Point 6.3.1), and put it horizontally on the table.

Remove the screws from the cavity,and then pull the back heater out from the cavity . 6.10 Disassembly of cooling fan motor WARNING: 1 Turn off the electrical power supply to the appliance prior to servicing it.
6.11 Disassembly of lamp Step1: Open the door to the maximum angle. Remove the bulb by screwing the lamp cover off the cavity only if the bulb is required to be replaced. Step2: Remove the wire rack first, then disassembly the right lateral outer case, disconnect the wire line.
