Hold the clutch (5) stationary.
Models TD-30, TD-32Q , TD-42 (Fig. 10)
– Adjust the distance between the clamp-
ing cams (2) by rotating the coupling
(4) according to the diameter of the ac-
cessory (1).
– Insert the accessory (1) as far as it will
go into the chuck (3).
– Secure the accessory (1) in the chuck by
tightening the coupling (4) as far as it
will go in the direction of ( GRIP).
Removing accessories
HD-80, HD-120, ND-85 models (Fig. 7)
– Insert the wrench (1) into the side hole
of the chuck, unscrew the cam release
coupling (2) (3) of the chuck, and then
pull the accessories out of the chuck.
– HD-120M, HD-132M, ND-45 models
(Fig. 9)
– Hold the coupling (1) stationary and
manually unscrew the coupling (2) (in
the direction of the OPEN or AUF.RE-
LEASE arrow on the chuck) to open the
chuck cams, then remove the accesso-
ry from the chuck.
Model TD-30 (Fig. 10)
Hold the clutch (5) stationary.
Models TD-30, TD-32Q , TD-42 (Fig. 10)
Open the chuck cams (2) by rotating the
coupling (4) and pull the accessory (1) out
of the chuck (3).

Once the accessory has been installed
and secured in the chuck, we recommend
inserting the key (1) into the correspond-
ing hole (2) in the chuck key holder. This
way, the key is always accessible.

– Loosen the handle bracket (3) by un-
screwing the additional handle (2).
– Adjust the desired hole depth (A) by
moving the depth stop (1) in the handle

bracket (3). For convenience, use the
scale on the depth stop.
– Secure the position of the depth stop
(1) by screwing in the additional han-
dle (2).

Installing accessories
The bit holder can be used with accesso-
ries with a HEX 3/8" shank type.
– Remove the chuck (1) from the spindle
by pulling the retaining ring (2) away
from the power tool (Fig. 14).
– Place the accessory (1) in the bit hold-
er (2) (Fig. 13).
– Removing accessories
– Pull the accessory (1) out of the bit hold-
er (2) (Fig. 13).

– While holding the chuck (1), pull the re-
taining ring (2) away from the power
tool.
– Place the chuck (1) on the spindle (bit
holder) (3) and then release the retain-
ing ring (2).
Replacing/removing

– Pull the retaining ring (2) and remove
the chuck (1) from the spindle (bit hold-
er) (3).
If the bit holder is equipped with a 25 mm
bit (HEX 3/8" shank type), you can mount
the chuck on the spindle (bit holder) with-
out removing the bit from the bit holder.
