5.5.2. CTCSS / DCS Tonsquelch Neben manuellen automatischen Squelch, verfügt das AE 6199 ANC außerdem über CTCSS / DCS Töne. CTCSS / DCS fügt der Übertragung einen unhörbaren Ton hinzu. Sofern aktiviert, öffnet sich die Rauschsperre nur, wenn das Signal einer Gegenstation mit dem gleichen Ton empfangen wird. -

5.5.3. Manuelle Rauschsperre Durch Drehen des Squelchreglers SQ wird das Kanalrauschen ausgeblendet. Je weiter der Regler gedreht wird, umso stärker muss ein Empfangssignal sein, um die Rauschsperre zu öffnen. Üblicherweise wird die Rauschsperre so eingestellt, dass sie gerade so den Lautsprecher stumm schaltet. Vorteil: Die manuelle Rauschsperre kann so eingestellt werden, so dass nur noch Stationen aus dem Nahbereich zu hören sind. -

5.8. VOX Funktion Drücken Sie die Taste VOX kurz, um die VOX-Funktion ein- oder auszuschalten. Wenn die VOX-Funktion aktiviert ist, schaltet das Funkgerät automatisch auf Sendung, sobald es Sprache erkennt. Sie müssen das Mikrofon nicht mehr zum Senden in die Hand nehmen. Die aktive VOX Funktion wird im Display mit dem Symbol angezeigt. -

Das S-Meter zeigt die aktuelle Signalstärke an. Die Stärke wird unten links im Display mit dem Symbol angezeigt. Je mehr Striche angezeigt werden, desto stärker ist das Signal. 5.10. Scan-Modus Ihr AE 6199 ANC verfügt über eine automatische Kanalsuche, benutzt werden kann, um alle Kanäle nacheinander zu beobachten. -

5.12. NRC/ANC Rauschunterdrückung Halten Sie die NRC/ANC Taste gedrückt, um die Funktion zu konfigurieren. Schalten Sie mit der NRC/ANC Taste zwischen der Stufe für NRC und ANC um, und verwenden Sie die UP/DN Tasten um die Stufe einzustellen. Eine höhere Stufe verstärkt die Rauschunterdrückung, kann aber in Situationen mit viel Störgeräuschen zu Audioverzerrungen führen. -

5.5.3. Manual squelch Turn the SQ squelch control to suppress the channel noise. The further you turn the control, the stronger a received signal has to be to open the squelch. Usually, the squelch is set to just barely mute the speaker. Advantage: Manual squelch can be set so that only close range stations can be heard. -
