Symptoms of
malfunction
Suction is too
weak.
There is too
much noise or
vibration.

Inspection
Impeller has a foreign object on it.
Rotation
is slow.
Battery charges too slowly.
The
motor
runs
fine but
suction is
too weak.
connections to the dust bin.
Motor is assembled poorly.
Cause
Suction button is set at
"Weak" or defective.
The extension pipe or the
inlet is clogged with dust or
foreignobjects.
Pre-filter is clogged.
Exhaust filter is clogged.
Air leaking from
Connections are weak.
Replace the motor.
Motor has a foreign
object on it.
Measures
Remove the foreign object.
Charge the battery.
Set the suction button at
"Turbo" or repair/replace
the PCB assembly.
Remove dust or foreign objects
from the extension pipe or the
inlet.
Wash the pre-filter.
Remove dust from the
exhaust filter or replace it.
Tightly close the dust bin.
Make sure that connections
are tight.
Replace the motor.
Remove the foreign object.
Remove the foreign object or
replace the motor.
