  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Loosen the two screws on Clamp (E) using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Separate into Clamp Brace (E1) and Clamp (E2).

  • Page 6: Option 1: Clamp Installation

    STEP 2 Option 1: Clamp Installation Attach Clamp Brace (E1) to the Bottom Pole (B) using M6x16mm Screws (S-D) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Remove adhesive backing from Grommet Soft Pad (M) and stick it to the Clamp Brace as shown. **For Desktops 10-50mm Thick** Re-attach Clamp (E2) to the Clamp Brace (E1) and tighten the two bolts using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
  • Page 7 **For Desktops 40-85mm Thick** Dissassemble the Clamp (E2) using a Phillips screwdriver. Flip the Clamp over and reassemble as shown. Re-attach the Clamp (E2) to the Clamp Brace (E1) and tighten the two bolts using 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). 40-85mm Proceed to Setup Options on Page 11...
  • Page 8 Option 2: Grommet Installation Disassemble Clamp (E2) using a Phillips screwdriver. Set all parts aside except for Clamp Bolt (E3) and Grommet Plate (E4). Slide Grommet Plate (E4) onto the Clamp Bolt (E3) as shown.
  • Page 9 Option 2: Grommet Installation - Cont’d Cut the Grommet Soft Pad (M) along perforated lines using a scissors. Remove adhesive backing and stick to Grommet Plate (N) as shown. Secure Grommet Plate (N) to the Bottom Pole (B) using M5x16mm Screw (S-E) and Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 10 Grommet Installation - Cont’d Mount the assembly to the desktop using the Grommet Plate (E4) and Clamp Bolt (E3). No Grommet Hole? If you do not have an existing hole for installation, drill a hole through your desktop in your desired mounting location using a 3/8” (10mm) drill bit.

    ** READ BEFORE PROCEEDING ** Setup Options Customized Assembly Monitor Arms & Device Mounts can be placed on pole assembly in any order to fit your desired setup. The following steps will provide instruction on how to achieve the setup in the above image. Placement of arms/mounts can be altered as needed to fit your setup needs.
  • Page 12 STEP 3 Slide Dual Arm (G) and Mic Arm (I) onto the Bottom Pole (B) and secure using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
  • Page 13 STEP 4 Attach Pole Connector (D) to the Bottom Pole (B) and insert Top Pole (A) into Pole Connector. Secure using M6x10mm Screws (S-F) and 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).

    STEP 5 Slide the Single Arms (H) onto the Top Pole (A) and secure using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B). Attach Cable Clips (P) where desired. Insert Pole Cap (S) into Top Pole. STEP 6 Monitor Mounting Attach VESA Plates (F) to the back of the monitors using appropriate Screws (M-A thru M-D), Washers (M-E).

    STEP 6 - Cont’d Slide Monitors with VESA Plates (F) onto the Dual Arm (G) and secure using VESA Cap (S-J), M3x8mm Screws (S-K) and a Phillips screwdriver. STEP 7 Camera Mounts Attach Camera Adjustment Handles (O) to Camera Mounts (J) using M4x8mm Screws (S-G) and a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 16 STEP 7 - Cont’d Remove adhesive backing from Mic Soft Pads (K) and stick to the Camera Mounts. Note: 1/4” to 3/8” Adapters (S-H) may be required for some cameras.
  • Page 17 STEP 7 - Cont’d Slide the Camera Mounts (J) onto the Single Arms (H) and secure using VESA Thumbscrews (S-C).
  • Page 18 STEP 8 Mic Boom - Option 1: Arm Mounted Slide Mic Boom (C) onto Mic Arm (I) with M12 Washer (S-I). Thread Mic Thumbscrew (S-A) into Mic Arm to secure. Ensure the non-threaded end of Mic Boom (C) is inserted into the Mic Arm (I). Thread Mic Mount (R) onto Mic Boom (C).
  • Page 19 Mic Boom - Option 2: Desktop Mounted Thread Mic Mount (R) onto Mic Boom (C). Clamp Mic Clamp (L) to the desktop. Insert Mic Boom (C) into Mic Clamp (L) and secure using Mic Thumbscrew (S-A).

  • Page 22 STEP 9 - Cont’d Attach VESA Plate (F) to Laptop Tray (T) using M4x8mm Screws (S-B) and a Phillips screwdriver. Slide VESA Plate (F) onto Dual Arm (G) and secure using VESA Cap (S-J), M3x8mm Screws (S-K) and a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 23 Adjusting Laptop Arm Length 1. Release Locks: Pull tabs on Locks on the underside of Laptop Arms (U) and extend the Arms out. 2. Secure Laptop: Place your laptop on the tray, then adjust Laptop Arms (U) to width of your laptop.
  • Page 24 STEP 10 Adjust tilt joints using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
  • Page 25 STEP 11 Adjust monitor heights by turning the VESA Caps (S-J) using 6mm Allen Wrench (T-B).
  • Page 26 STEP 12 Insert Arm Cable Clips (Q) under the Dual and Single Arms (G,H). Route cables through Arm Cable Clips (Q) and Pole Cable Clips (P). Store Allen Wrenches (T-A, T-B) in Pole Cable Clips (P).
