    2.1 INTRODUCTION Main Features ＊ ProArc PT-H positioners offer the best solution for lifting, rotating and tilting heavy work-pieces with complex geometry. Work-piece height, angle and rotating speed are adjustable to ideal ergonomic working position. Loading capacity ranges from 1000 - 3000 kg.

    4.1 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE SYMPTOM POSSIBLE C AUSE/ REMEDY A. NFB jumps off. Check main circuit for any disconnection or short. B. No power input. Inspect the AC power input voltage. C. Power supply no DC24V output. 1. The power indicator light doesn't lit. (a) Inspect and make sure the switching power supply AC input voltage is correct.

Hydraulic pump motor disabled Make sure AC220V / 380V is present. 5. Lift without action. C. Hydraulic solenoid malfunction. Check solenoid’s coil for any damage and correct DC24V control voltage.
