Ethernet Cable Holder Installation You may optionally install the Ethernet cable holder to prevent the Ethernet cable from loosening. Pinch the holder and then push it down into Thread the Ethernet cable through the the bracket.

    Connection  Basic Connections Port Function DC 12V Connect your device to the power outlet with the power adapter.  Connect your device to with the Ethernet cable for Internet connection. PoE+  Power up your device using the PoE+ injector (optional accessory) and the Ethernet cable to power up your device.
  • Page 10  Zoom Rooms Controller Connection Your CP10 G2 comes with the Zoom Rooms Controller app pre-installed. Pair it with a Zoom Rooms-enabled Android Bar (for example, AVer VB370A) to control and configure settings during Zoom Rooms meetings. 1. Connect your CP10 G2 and the Android Bar to the power outlet to power up.

    Get Started Basic Gestures  Tap: To open an app or make a selection.  Swipe right: Swipe right from the left edge of the screen to return to the home page.  Scroll up and down: To browse the page.

    Home Page 1. App List View pre-installed Zoom Rooms Controller app. Tap the star icon to enable auto-start. 2. Date and Time View current date and time. Tip: To change date and time, go to Setting Page > System > Time Zone to select a time zone based on your location.

    1. Open Zoom Rooms Controller app on your CP10 G2 > select Zoom Rooms Controller > tap Next. 2. Enter the pairing code on CP10 G2. Check your pairing code on the HDMI screen or your computer. HDMI Screen CP10 G2 3.
  • Page 14 4. Tap the Sign In button on CP10 G2 to sign in with your Zoom Rooms email account or the activation code to start a Zoom Rooms meeting. Note:  If you don’t have a Zoom Rooms account, go to Zoom official website to sign up an account.

    Tap to check Zoom Rooms Controller app software version or update to Software Update the latest version. Firmware Update Tap to check firmware version or update CP10 G2 firmware. Network Configure CP10 G2 network settings. System Configure CP10 G2 system settings.

    Network Name Function Hostname Check or edit device hostname. Tap to switch between Static IP and DHCP. RJ45 If you select Static IP, manually enter the IP Address, Gateway, Netmask, and DNS.

    System Name Function Your CP10 G2 is built-in with Android OS. Select a system language. Android System Language Swipe right and left on the letter options for more languages. Android System Country Select a country based on your location. Sleep Timer Set up a dwell time for CP10 G2 to enter sleep mode.
  • Page 18 Time Format Select a time format. Time Correction Mode Select Manual to configure time and date manually. NTP Server Tap the pencil icon to edit NTP Server website. Tap to confirm the current NTP server, then select a time zone based Time Zone on your location.
