100GBASE-ER4 and 100GBASE-SR4. The FRM220-100GE-2Q is hot- swappable with two QSFP28 sockets for 100GE QSFP28 transceivers. The installation and setup are simple plug and play. The FRM220-100GE-2Q can be inserted into any powered FRM220-CH20, CH08, CH04 chassis or CH02M, CH02/SMT standalone chassis with QSFP28 transceivers required for the application.
Humidity 5~90% (Non-condensing) Management Features When FRM220-100GE-2Q is placed in a stand-alone chassis with serial management port, this device also supports a text-based serial terminal with an easy-to-use menu system for configuration. When placed in a managed chassis, the card is configured and monitored through the chassis NMC (network management controller) via console, Telnet, Web HTTP or SNMP.

When selecting QSFP28 optical modules, make sure the modules are able to support the required data rates. Follow all ESD precautions when handling the card and pluggable modules.
QSFP28 Installation QSFP28 modules supplied by CTC Union are with a pull-tab ejector as shown below. The pluggable module also has locking pins that secures the module into the QSFP28 cage. Upgrade Firmware Stand-alone Firmware Upgrading via Xmodem The FRM220-100GE-2Q card may be firmware upgraded using XMODEM when placed in the chassis such as CH02M. The user may use serial terminal such as a notebook computer that has an RS232 port or via a commonly available USB to RS232 adapter.
[ CH- 02M S2] Firmware Upgrading via NMC Card The FRM220-100GE-2Q card may be firmware upgraded when it is placed in the FRM220 with NMC management card. The user may use a local console connection to the NMC, a remote Telnet (IP) connection, or a Web based (HTTP) connection with any available browser.
