SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Masking tape
White glue (such as #1249 Weldbond)
Damp clean cloth
Exterior and interior finishes
Assembly Instructions
Tip: Plan the finishes for the interior and exterior at the dry-
fit stage, before final/permanent assembly. It is easier to
finish the panels as flat surfaces. Disassemble and
finish as desired, then reassemble using glue.

Place the Base on worktable with bottom side up (showing
the holes for posts). Fit support pilings into holes, making
sure all are even so it will stand level when turned over.
You may choose to use all pilings with cross braces, use
only four pilings on the corners or not use pilings at all for
a flat foundation on the ground. You may also leave cross
braces off of one or two sections to create an entrance
under the chalet for a car or a
beach patio. When pilings are
level, glue in place.
2. Starting at a corner, glue a
brace on the front side of the
piling with the left end of the
brace at the base of the chalet.
The flat end of the brace will be
flush against the side of the

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• Identify and inspect all parts using the Parts List.
• Thoroughly read the directions before starting.
• Set up a dedicated work area to avoid the need to unpack,
repack, or move the project frequently.
• Use a clean, level, and dry work surface protected from glue spills.
• Dry fit the parts using masking tape to ensure everything aligns
correctly before permanent assembly.

Repeat on the back of the pilings, making an "X" design.

now ready to assemble the chalet structure.

narrower section and groove to
the front.
5. Center the Triangle Front Wall in
the groove on the base with the
groove on the wall to the inside.
Glue in place.
6. Position the Left Side Roof Wall,
matching the groove to the left
edge of Triangle Front Wall. Be
sure the wider beveled edge
(and window opening) is at the
