PUTTING ON YOUR BRACE:
1. Ensure both dials are released and in the "pulled out" position
2. Wrap the brace belts around your torso and align the back panel to the center of
your back (stand with your back against a wall to prop up the brace to assist, if
needed).
The gray face of the left belt should attach to the front panel gray hook
(if not already attached). See illustration A & B.
3. Wrap the right side of the belt over the left side using the hand strap and ensure
the right oval belt front completely overlaps the left oval belt front.
4. Raise or lower the sternal pad bar as needed by pinching the adjustment
mechanism (A) and sliding the bar up or down. The top of the chest frame should
be positioned ~4" below your collarbones and in the center of your chest.
5. Buckle the shoulder straps to the sternal pad and tighten, if needed.
6. Push dials in and turn clockwise evenly to provide compression.
The brace should fit snug but not too tight.
TAKING OFF YOUR BRACE:
1. Pull out on both dials to release compression
2. Unbuckle the right shoulder buckle and use the hand strap to open the
brace. Slide the brace off and set aside until it is needed for future use.

Care Instructions:
Remove panels from the brace and clean all soft goods by hand washing with mild soap and let air
dry completely prior to reapplication. Anterior and posterior panels can be cleaned by wiping down
with a disinfectant wipe.
