The shortcut buttons give you quick access to frequently used or favourite
applications. The Shortcut Button I default application is a mail
application. The Shortcut Button II default application is Windows

Pressing this button switches on/off the notebook.
A sensor that automatically adjusts the screen brightness based on
ambient light to improve visibility and performance. The sensor can be
toggled on/off by pressing the Fn+F7 keys.
Note
Bright ambient light will cause the screen's brightness to
increase. Dim ambient light will cause the screen's
brightness to decrease.

This port allows you to read data from different types of memory cards:
MS/MS Pro, SD/SDHC and xD.
Lets you plug in stereo headphones or external speakers. These will
convert audio output from the notebook into sound or music, usually for
multimedia enjoyment.
Allows you to connect an external microphone. This will transmit sound to
your notebook, usually for recording or amplifying with speakers.
