INTRODUCTION
Designed and engineered for professional digital applications, it provides quick set up,
high torsional rigidity and optimal stability.
KEY FEATURES
• Fast set up system
• Mid-level spreader
• Each leg can be set independently at 3 angles
• Metal spikes for stability on different terrains
• 100 mm to 75 mm bowl adapter

SET UP
Unlock all the clips "A". Open the levers "B".
Raise the legs "C" to the required height, and then lock the levers "B". Spread the 3
legs "C" until the mid-level spreader "D" is parallel to the floor.
Release the extensions of each leg by opening the levers "B". When desired height has
been reached, lock each leg by locking levers "B.
To avoid the risk of injury, please keep fingers away from the mechanism.
Ensure that there are no potential hindrances that could interfere with the correct leg
movement.
If you need to spread the 3 legs further, please see fig. 2:
• loosen the knobs "G
• pull out the selectors "H" while closing the leg slightly to facilitate the procedure
• spread the legs
• when the desired position has been reached, tighten the spreader knobs "G"

ADJUSTING THE SPREAD
The mid-level spreader "D" is provided with telescopic arms "F": to adjust the amount
of spread, loosen the knobs "G", adjust and re tighten.
FEET

The tripod is supplied with twin metal spikes "K" for external use, e.g. grass. To use the
metal spike, remove the foot "L" by pulling down the rubber retainer "T".

LEG ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
The tripod is equipped with leg angle selectors to be used as an alternative to the
spreader.
To remove the spreader: Press the spreader buttons "E" (fig. 5) and remove the
spreader.
Each leg can be positioned at 3 spread angles (20°-50°-70°): see figure 5. To change
the angle on a leg, close the leg slightly towards the centre, pull out the button "H" to
select the new leg angle, and then open the leg again. The angle on each leg can be
adjusted independently of the other two legs. The third position enables the tripod to
reach the lowest level.
During this procedure, please take care not to insert your fingers inside the central
aperture on the spider collar.
At its maximum footprint (70° angle), the maximum load must not exceed 15 kg
(33lb).
To reduce height while using the tripod, adjust leg extension to the desired height
before changing the leg angles. The tripod must never be used at 50° and 70°
with its leg sections extended completely.
MOUNTING AND REMOVING A CAMERA HEAD
The tripod is designed for 100mm or 75mm ball heads. To mount 75mm ball heads,
attach the 100mm to 75mm bowl adapter "AA" provided to the tripod using the
three screws "AB" (fig. 6). It is also possible to mount non-ball heads (flat base
with 3/8" female fitting) on the tripod by using a half ball 500BALL/500BALLSH or
520BALL/520BALLSH (not supplied with the product) in combination with the 100mm
to 75mm bowl adapter.
Note: Do not lean on the tripod, as doing so would overload it beyond its maximum
payload.
