Extension ( 85).If it is difficult t oslideontheFoamGrip,
placea small a mount o fwarmwateranddishsoapinthe
Foam Grip.Theremaybeoneortwoholes inthe bottom
oftheFoam Grip.Press a Plastic Fastener (47)intoeach
hole.
Attach theotherHandrail Extension a ndHandrail Foam
Griptothe rightUpright ( notshown). N ote: T hereis nota

4. Makesurethatthe LockKnobSleeve (111)is fullyin-
sertedintotheleftUpright (82).
Remove t he LockKnob(102)fromtheLockPin(115).
Makesurethatthe LockPinCollar(113) a ndthe Spring
(112)areontheLockPin.Insert t he LockPinintotheleft
Upright ( 82)andtighten the LockKnob ontoit.

andSpacer t o thetreadmill. Carefully l ower thetreadmill.

6. Make sure that all parts are tightened before you use the treadmill. Keep the included allen wrench in a
secure place. The allen wrench is used to adjust the walking belt (see page 21). To protect the floor or carpet
from damage, place a mat under the treadmill.
